Some Help With WhatPulse! Plz =)

Hmm I downloaded it and installed it and when I try to log in to my existing account it tells me : "Unkown server message , please try again later.

I posted on their forums but no answer , so if one of you guys had this problems or know's how to fix it , please help me out .
