Race issue and suggestion

Well with the new /race create for VIP, it appears as if the vehicles used do not respawn, in otherwords all of my poor NRG's are being ass-raped out of the map. 

Also as an idea, each player should be limited to 3 races each, and should be able to delete their own, that would slow down filling the 50 race limit (which should be upgraded to 100 if possible).

also, they should be able to edit the races they make as well.

I am noticing a lot of of vehicles missing from the map because of this, and it is making it harder to find the vehicle you are looking for. Definitely an issue. And like Cyrix404 said, it would be nice to be able to edit the race after it has been created.
