uhm will its because i got non steam and i dont know whats better for use..
and i just found a Free Host but needs a Steam id.. while i dont have one.
and i dont have PayPal/Visa/CreditCard w/e to pay 5$ lol i mean really not worth it too..
i just need to download it .. if i can.

lol O.o Steam is free, but you cant play games on steam without buying them.
if you have CS non-steam (pirated) u wont be able to play with it on Steam

Your parents have credit cards u can borrow..

If i understand this correct. You have a legal version of cs 1.6 but you don't have steam yet. Go download steam on the original site and make an free account on the steam site.

Install steam and then login to that account. Get the serialnumber of your cd and add it to your steam libary. Now you have converted your non steam to "real steam", lolz

You can't just use Steam with your cracked CS to get a Steam-ID, thats not possible.
