[S] Disabling /taxi and /tp on ship and in interiors?

Is it possible to disable the /taxi and /tp commands (amongst other evading commands) on the ship and interiors without disabling commands altogether? That could help prevent abusing. People will run to the ship or in an interior but not get to do much after that.

There would be the problem of people jumping behind the ship to evade a death by command...so I don't know what to say to that.
