All I can say... First off, try looking in your FIFA 10's root folder (the folder where all the game files are, normally in C:\Program Files [(x86) if you got x64 OS]\EA Sports [...]) and look if there's a settings application there.
Second and last, as many say, FIFA is "good" in consoles (I've never played it in consoles but everyone says it's good so why deny?) but it's truly crap on PC. If you're gonna stick to your PC in football, I recommend you to buy / download / pirate-buy PES 2010, don't waste your time with FIFA 10 (not saying PES 2010 is awesome either, it has annoying bug but it's still better than FIFA on PC); Also, PES 2010 has a settings application where you can configure every single button / analog stick on your controller, so that'd make things easier for you and save you the time to get used to use the Logitech Profiler
