Make sure you explain what happened 
Example:
Overdosed - I was in game, and Turkey was like, 'Z0mG Overdose is t3h nub'. So then I challenged him to FC, and I cl0wned him. Then he called me a hacker nub 6 times in main chat, then reported me.

and after a while, we can see who has the most times, it would be nice if you took a screenie (F
and cut the part out and posted along with it
