Losing Con to server

I keep losing con to the new server, i join the game and before i can choose my character then i lose connection.

Please Help me

..... And i still cant connect some times , its like i connect to the server and then lose connection from it.
I tried so many times that i can get on maybe once every like 1000 tries, Am i banned or something because i dont know what i've done wrong(cant be because got on one time)

No its not the XX.XXX.
I connect to the server but i just lose connection for some reason.
   But today i got on at one point but then it happen again .
