if not than why cannot i connect? i just tried to check on other servers i do connect on them! , or may be check ip n something like that.

and can any one tell me the procedure of Irc which site and how to use ?

The LVP server has been hull a lot lately.

Note that if you are banned, the message on your screen while trying to connect will be: you are banned!
And when the server is full, the message will be: Trying to connect to ...
We do have a new ip adress, but the old server is locked.
