You call this "PS skills"? FYI, it can be done in GIMP, IrfanView, Paint etc., so calling this "PS skills" is too over-strained. I already gave you plenty of links for tutorials, but it seems you just want to distribute your uber-skilled "work" and waste internet space with shit.
