Why appears that on my screen?

I did changed video settings, but same...

looks like artifacting, maybe the game is pushing your pc to hard (sound alone if not put to medium will be really cpu intensive).

I think it's more likely to be a GPU problem, I had this on COD4 when I had this oldass graphic card..

You can just with private matches, it sux cracked anyways because you can't go on public servers 

I didn't think there were any servers (as such) on MW2...

There aren't dedicated servers on MW2, but something like lobbies, and there are some official ones that you can't play on.

Afaik there are masterservers (IW Net I think) which you connect to when you start MW2, and when you're in a lobby and the game starts, one of the players in the lobby will host the game.[/offtopic]

Anyway, you should really consider buying this game (if it's copied). The single player is nice, but the multiplayer is even nicer and totally worth the money.
