I looked for the vehicle ownership's topic, and an idea came in my mind:

Can peoples with 200+ hours played (20 pluspoints) have an own house? I'm not talking about creating new ones with objects etc, but to use the ingame ones. Every player with 20 pluspoint can decide if have his own house, with his own car near it (It can be the respawn point after the rebuilding of the car @ AutoBahn). It will cost 50'000'000$ to buy the house, and the players that didn't came ingame for 30 days, his house will be again for sale. What do you think?  :)

good idea but i think 30 days is to much maybe 7 days,i don't think that there are peeps 200 h + that arent entering in 30 days  ;)
And i think that this idea is in development for 3.0

I don't see why online time should be a deciding factor when it comes to purchasing. 200 hours is a _lot_. It just doesn't seem to be in LVP because a lot of people are sad.

I think house prices should vary too.
Overall not a bad idea. Darius' work on interiors would be a big help :)

We might be writing an ingame object editor. If we do agree to this it would make it possible for players to build their own house. We'll wait a while and see how it goes :)
