Well first they changed the name to a clan they (or he) made a couple months ago, then a day or two after he (the topic creator) made yet another topic announcing that he's leaving. In the starting post he states that the clan is closed but he'll make a new clan soon.

So yes as it stands this clan is dead and I don't know if giving chances to something that's dead is a good thing.
