[BUG] Refund minigame

I just noticed a minor bug.

If you start a minigame and noone else signs up, you get your money refunded. The thing is you get twice the ammount of money you paid to sign up. So you pay 2500 to sign up, and you get that 2500 refunded plus an extra 2500 - so you get 5000 back. This could make it a very easy way of making money if there are only a few players online.

I reconnected, but it still happened. I also tried it on different races and it happened all the time.

Does this only occur in races? Some minigames have different handlers, so you need to be more specific.

I only checked the races. I'll have a try on other minigames too

EDIT: it happens only on races. On derby's and DM's you only get the 2500 refunded.
