When are allowed to use /commands and when not?

I made this topic... because I don't see anywhere clearly written rules about this, and abusing to avoid death becomes a big problem. I saw players abusing without realizing that what they do is abuse, players who don't know which things should be reported and which not, also I see that some admins applies different rules than other admins.
Sorry for not posting it earlier, I decided to write this message when one of my best friends made this topic.

What I understand yet: is legal to refuse a fight, but illegal to avoid death during a fight. This means that as long as we don't shoot to people and we only pass near them, we are allowed to use any commands without problems. I played some time on roleplay servers and I learned to get away without using commands... by grabbing a car and accelerating like hell!

I saw a lot of complaints from players about other players including me about /world abuse, I suggest to everybody to do a /locate before accusing others. Personally I never used /world since december. In most cases, they used /taxi which, as far as I know, is a legal way to get away (as long if don't combine it with ESC), because is not instant like teleporting, and if someone is around, can kill us. A lot of players runs until suddently dissapear from front of my gun, I always do /locate and 90% of them used /taxi. If they didn't shoot me, I gave their rights to get away so I don't report them.
I run alone in the street, I call /taxi, then someome appears and start shooting to me, I'm gone from his screen and he reports me to admins. What admins expected from me? To cancel taxi just to allow him to kill me?

A lot of players combines /taxi with ESC, especially at spawnpoints. By thinking that killing at spawnpoints is a little bit lame, I don't report them.
I find someone in the street, I shoot to him but he don't lose health because paused game. What I should do? Did admins ban him instantly if I report him? Seems that the admins have NO WAY to check if he paused in front of my gun or is paused from minutes ago. Not happened to me yet, but I saw other players complaining for being kicked for ESC abusing even they had no intention to avoid death.

What I report is what is clearly avoiding death intention: pausing during fights, especially for avoiding grenade explosions, calling /taxi and pausing in other places than spawnpoints, switching worlds repeately... unfortunately there's a lof of players doing that, first I warn them. Personally I take care to NOT do these things... hope our admins will be happy.

Teleporting to someone without his approval, for purpose to killing him, is allowed or not?
I killed someone and remained with 25% health, he teleported to me and killed me. Or, I kill someone, then I call /taxi, then he teleports to me right before taxi cames, accusing me for /world abusing.

Some players switches /world then PM to me Fuck off, why you want to kill me? ... seems that some are more roleplayers than deathmatchers, I should add them on my NO-KILL list, or should report them?

GeForce abuses a lot, stays with big bounties on his head for all day long because didn't die for days. He is also a good fighter, but I noticed that everytime when he is nearly to die, he uses commands. I surrounded him with several friends and he quickly switched worlds then goes to the safe zone.

This whole rant can be explained in a short post. You could've just stated the question as short as this will be.

Using commands to avoid death is not allowed, whatever the circumstance.
Teleporting to someone to kill him is fine. That's not using commands to avoid death, that's using a command to cause death.

Great post though Future, and I agree with the GeForce bit, he's been doing that for a couple years since he's been on the server (or since I have). He'd teleport to someone and kill them and run away and such.

But as nice as the post is, this isn't a Literacy exam, you don't need big paragraphs to answer small questions.

Okay, if you don't have logical thinking, then perhaps I should sum it up for you that your posts are overall shitty to begin with. You lame around, then get banned, and then come to the forums and you try to explain that LVP crew is wrong. Well Mr. IKnowYoureWrongIf, perhaps you should open your eyes already and do realize that you never had any valid points and never will I'm afraid. The theories (why do I even call them theories if they can be easily described as manure) you write are so fucking annoying that whenever I accidentally open a topic, I see Futures post, containing lots of text, but no content.

Yet the acting a smartass paragraph is the most annoying. Why do you always reply to people trying to tell them that they are completely wrong? Why can't you accept other opinions? WHY do you always have to deny things?
