Suspected Reason: He doesn't know, he wasn't as stunned as Jaws90 (he is stupid when it comes to games and such) but he was still not sure why he was banned.

I was the one who recommended them to play LVP. They are new to the whole GTA SA and needs sometime to getting use to the rules of LVP.
I am doing this topic for them as they need help with making a topic and it is really annoying giving them steps of how to do it as they ask questions which are really stupid like, where is the forum and they will probably mess up their topic.
Please unbann them, if they are unbanned I will make sure I guide them with the rules and tell them what's wrong and what is not. I am pretty sure they don't cheat/hack because they didn't even know how to install GTA and needed my help so I'm sure they weren't able to install hacks and cheats all by themselves.
BTW, they are not brothers so they both have different IP addresses.
It is not as fun playing LVP without your mates in real life so please understand where I'm coming from.

Jaws90 doesn't appear to be banned.
MrShockz93 however is banned for health hacks by Matthias.

I didn't know he hacks. He is dumb though, I don't believe he can actually use hacks. He doesn't even know how to get in a car as a passenger
