Just use Badolier or switch weapon? there's always lots on the ground, I just switch my secondary to that

Indeed. I just switch my deagle or so to an AK-47 or whatever it is I find on my way. Usually sniping anyway.

My favorite clases are :
1. M4A1+red dot, Deagle, Special grenades, Sleigh of hands. Death Silece
2.Barret . 50 cal, Deagle, Claymore, UAV Jammer. Iron Lungs.

Why "Dead Silence" if you're going loud and quick with your M4? Rather use "Deep Impact" to get quicker kills.

I'd personally use Extreme Condition or Steady Aim.

Well "Extreme Condition" could be useful but I never really noticed anything different with "Steady Aim".

MP5, Silencer, double tap, UAV jammer, dead silent? Not sure havn't played in a bit I don't know all the correct slots.

Skorpian, Red dot, Stopping power, ect. Pwnage hopping gun.

r7000, Stopping power, deep impact, clay's.

g3, ACOG or Red dot, stopping power, deep impact, ect.

Steady Aim is quite handy if you don't always ADS.
It makes your crosshair smaller and gun more accurate.

Skorpions have such small magazines.. they run out so damn fast. And the reloading blows, I run to quick usually so it doesn't reload at all -_-
