Reduce ingame FPSlag by removing some cars
With regard to the roadmap, point 3 (which is already overdue) FPS limit reductions by removing some vehicles, for now, are we just reverting back to the 2.90 vehicle layout? Obviously I'm not suggesting we just get rid of Sanders vehicle additions, they can be re-added later when we improve the vehicle handlers. There are a few issues like double spawns, however Sander pointed out to me a few weeks ago with some vehicle IDs that can be removed ingame (which was never done).
