Christmas Event 2009 [Ideas]

We should definitely organize some sort of christmas event.

I feel like hosting one, but need some ideas. If you have an idea for a christmas related event that we can do, post it here!

Ideas:

- Christmas cruise with optional christmas-styled mods
- ...

with flying ship with reindeer and christmas songs in the tracklist we make a dance around the mast wich is a tree

Yeah, that'd be cool, nice idea. Are you going to make a server for this and host it?

If there's a complete event, then yar, it would be much easier doing it on a custom server. However, the last time we did something like this (LVP Olympics - search it), we wanted to host it on a different server, the event died. So I don't know D:, what does anyone else think?

If there's a christmas cruise, that'll be on LVP. ;>

I say we do everything on LVP. It's always been on LVP and this community is here because of this server. So for myself, I'd rather keep it that way. But if most think otherwise then, of course, lol.

Christmas cruise is a classic thing I believe, so that should definitely be there. However, the Coca-Cola truck idea would be on one's screen only, I guess?

What we also need of course is our good ol' Christmas tree. But I'm guessing the devs are working on that.

Yeah, I agree it should be on LVP, the only bad thing is that we're restricted to what we can do for events. A sleigh would be great as captaint said. :p

About the coca cola thing, I was thinking the idea would be for every cruiser to use the mod if they wanted, as well as going up 'Chilliad with snowmobiles and iceskates, this could definitely be filmed and made in to some sort of christmas movie from LVP.

It's great to see there's some people who still support the holidays! Good idea, and I support the cruise... Maybe you could sahre the mod (make it public) for the ones who want to use it
