Hey in most of the posts or topics i cant reply except the ones i post.  Please help me soon

You can reply in a lot of topics..
You can't reply in topics in Ban Zone and in CSI, unless they are your own.
You can post in any other topic which isn't locked.

Why cant I??
If it is CSI it means of Suggestions too and opinions. When somebody suggests the players should also accept or give their idea about it. So I request you to add a reply for all open discussions in CSI.  And also in Ban Zone, if somebody has appealed for and if he can be proven wrong by somebody else with proof and he is unbanned, why is there a need for it??
So Kindly look to that too!!

People used to be able to reply in all those topics, that has led us to this. There was a lot of offtopic replies. If people have proof that can get someone unbanned, they know they can PM it to us. If we need feedback on an idea, it will be moved to "Open for discussion". If not and you think you can add something, again, you can PM us.
