How can I make my computer run better with no lag at gaming when i always play SAMP and duel with a player my computer gets slow. I don't even have a good computer.

Does anyone know how can I make my computer run more smoother with no lag at all?

That's your main problem :p. Try using Game Booster, try closing programs you don't need when gaming, or get a better computer :+.

What are your specific computer specs?

The only way without reformatting would be to reboot and then close down everything in the background before playing.

if your computer has probs with samp you have a bad/slow computer.

Buy a new one.
