Some people are obviously doing it on purpose because sometimes they shoot me while I'm on the ramp or ship but don't kill me. They just shoot me enough to leave me with a really small amount of energy so they don't get jailed if they're not seen.
Hope somebody comes up with something so that it is both fair for the player shooting and the player being shot at.

Yes Maoryboy u got point in that, i have been same story, but, for admins dont give usurally that  "1" report to jail him or kick, they need more votes :)
