Sometimes I hate my color, or I want to buy the Gangbase, so I create myself a gang with a random crazy name to buy it and change my color.
Yesterday in game, someone accused me to be racist (for no reason) then said that saw this http://forum.sa-mp.nl/index.php?topic=22556.0 a garbage topic opened by someone who was probably angry because someday I choose the name NIGGERZ FUCKERZ for buying Gangbase. I was arguing with him, someone told him to stop arguing because is nothing racist on in-game chat, he started to guard the Gangbase, teleported to me abusively, killed me about 10 times in nearly a row, I tried to kill him without success, but one time I tricked him and buyed Gangbase as revenge, with the name BIGCOCK FUCKERZ to piss him. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!!
So I prepared to go to sleep but right before leaving the game I got banned by an unknown admin which (for sure) hated my gang name. I really don't expected to be banned for a "hard" gang name, I want to be warned first, I  don't needed that gang anymore and I could delete it myself.
Words like fucker, nigger, sucker, cock, piss are quite common in this game. To be racist, in my opinion, means to swear and discriminate certain people just because they are from another country or race, like "blacks are not allowed here, let's fuck all black people". Even the Estroe confirmed that is nothing racist in that topic ("I miss where LVP is racist?"), I wanted to leave him a reply but is locked.

However, making a gang with any profanity whatsoever (especially racism) is unacceptable. If you want to create a gang, that's fine, but you may not create a gang with an inappropriate name. If you're really that desperate, use a name like "SJDHSUH" or something similar. You know damn better than this, Future, and your foolish childlike behavior is becoming extraordinarily irksome. I'd watch my back if I were you.


As a side note: Stop making your ban appeals like a story. It's unnecessary, unappreciated, and just plain annoying.

First off, it's estroe, not Estroe.
Secondly, I indeed said "I miss where LVP is racist?". Meaning you couldn't possibly blame us for the gangname you chose.

You live in America, I live unfortunately in Romania, in rules are created to be broken, swearing is common along anybody, kids, adults, eldery. 15 yr american kids are more mature compared with 30 yr romanian people. I spent here my entire life, I imitated local people and I have some bad habits because nobody never told me that are inappropriate. Other people are even worsen than me, I am very appreciated by local community and I feel wrong to live in this fucking country and its uncivilized society, so I joined LVP international community one month ago. Leave me some more time to accomodate to a civilized society!
And a lot of people, from my parents and my teachers to managers of several companies, told me to explain a situation with many words as possible, to be easier understood and to avoid more questions... you're weird!

That may be true in your native language, but you do the exact opposite in English. Using too many words, especially when you are not fluent in the language (like you), confuses people. It's unnecessary and the next time you do so I'll edit your post. Either get to the damn point or don't bother posting.

If I check your record I can see that you have not been behaving very well.

So for this I was going to give you a 5 day ban, but as you have not been behaving properly over the last two months (which I have not noticed, but TEF has as you can see above) the ban length will be increased to 7 days.

As you have explained to us in great detail what you did and why I can say you were doing most things for the wrong reason:

• To get another colour you can kindly request an admin to do so for you temporarily.
• Teleporting can only be done once every few minutes, if someone manages to abuse the system anyway report him to the admins.
  
• Pissing people off who annoy you will only motivate them more to annoy you more, instead be the bigger man and do not piss him off, or take your revenge without breaking the rules.

You have been playing lvp for 234 hours and 22 minutes, so I expect that you know the rules and you know admins cannot be everywhere at once and cannot always read the chat, so there are times people swear in the game and there are forms of swearing that will not be punished as severely as others.
However this is no reason to break the rules and there is always a chance you might get caught and when you are I will be asking: "If other players throw their pc out of their bedroom window, will you do the same?"

If you are unable to play by the rules due to whatever reason or need time to adjust, please come back when you are able to.
