Bounties

Hello,

I was checking out bounties today (for the first time tbh), and i noticed there were bounties on traindrivers and pilots. Now, aren't they NPC, and impossible to kill? I actually tried to kill a train driver, but it seems impossible to me :p
Would it be a bug, or is there another way of obtaining their bounty?

You cannot kill NPCs, so there's no way to get those bounties
