Look at these screens i've got from fifa 07 and 10. Do you see how the lines of the player's face/shirt go out? Like if it's another shirt near it or something.




On the 2nd pic, look at a little to the left of his nose. do you see the "head" of another nose next to the real one?
On the 3rd pic, look a little above the players' shirts. looks like theres colours of another shirt(or its called colour mix or blend or w/e). (i lol'd at the hand without nails)
that happens to me on other games too(like GTA IV, Prototype)

This is known as "motion blur" and "bloom"...

This is normal it doesn't have to be with the graphics.

in your option go turn off  motion blur/blur/depth of field or whatever the option is called
