is this a good PSU? i need a PSU at least 600w or 700w, but i only got 95 dollars, so if this dont work, show me another one. thanks

For $95 there's no such thing as a good PSU...

i just need it for my video card thats all, my pc is cheap dude heres my specs

Pentinum 4 3.20Ghz
200GB SATA
and 1 gig ram

I need the power supply for my 7900 GT. On the box of the video card, it says it needs a 450w+ PSU.
