Constantly receiving tecs, and a few more.

Hello.

This bug sucks because I use Uzis. Even when I buy Uzis, the next time
I die, I spawn with tecs, every time.

I've noticed a lot more bugs within the server,
like when you go in ammunation with 100 hp 0 armor, and you buy some armor,
then when you go outside you don't have it.

There's also this bug I've seen for a long time. When I choose a skin and use
/my char save, it doesn't save the skin. I come back to the server the next day
and I have a random skin. I try /my char load, and the skin just stays the same.

Recently I've been receiving weapons when I join the server for the first time, but
guns like tecs and Mp5, also ramping is already on.

Today I had a bug where I tried to switch to my uzis and it would just stay on sawns.
Then I try to go backwards and it gets to the sniper and sets to sawns again. (fixed with /kill though)

Hope these can be fixed.

Spawn weapons: Yeah we're aware of that, it's an issue with the crash saving. Fixed for 2.90.1

Weapon scroll lock: Unfortunately this is a SA:MP 0.3 bug. I've reported it numerous times.

/my char save: We'll look into that one

Spawn armour: Fixed for .1
