Well, I was just cursing along minding my own buisness when I saw the most b-e-a-utiful spot starring me in the face.
I think it would be good for a Go-Kart derby! Check it out:

I think we should create a harbour there and make a minigame where a player has control over a ferry and make money transporting other players to the San Fierro and Los Santos harbour.

Then again, I'm an idiot.

s0mb0dy has created some nice RC race tracks that could be placed there. One of the few locations that's completely flat. Ofcourse a kart could be used instead of a RC vehicle.
