[suggestion] Stop Heli Killers and Running Over!

People Running you Over, Or Killing you with a Helicopter has always been an Annoying Issue at LVP, And has got Much worse Since it went offical.

I suggest we Get rid of it! And Introduce the Driveby Menu to anybody That Kills in this manner.
