There is a difference between the nasal and injections.  The injected version uses a dead virus where the inhaled (nasal) version uses a live virus.

There's two different methods, either the shot or inhaled.

Yeah, i always feared needles until i was probably 10 - we had to get them each year, i just inhaled for 10 years, altho i remember having this crazy ass lady just jabbing it into my arm, then told me it was just the hole for it, not the real medicine
