put everything on medium. And put shadow detail to OFF. and set shadow density to 0. Gained me 40FPS.

Set all your settings off like cod5 or Gta san andres that would help improve your game. It will run smooth

well dur. but what XiZ wants is it to look GOOD and still have playable FPS. Any dumb fuck can turn the GFX down.

mine looks good and is around 30-35 fps. BUT when i click(without holding it) right/left/down to turn or go back the game stops for 1 sec and then goes in the direction i chose. is this the game's problem? i reinstalled twice(cus i fucked up the settings twice xD)and its still the same
???

Yeah i should put my settings on very high and aa on 4 or something, since cod5 and gtasa areĀ  similar to gta iv if you look at the requirements

lol, most people getĀ  twice as much FPS in CoD4 and CoD5 as in samp, tho.

Are u changing the priority of GTA IV in the task manager?

yeah, i changed it to highest and it gave me 5-6 fps more. but that key tapping problem was still there :?
