[Bug reports from Mark #2 & #3] /leave & /taxi

First - when in map zone someone types /leave, you spawn here, it doesn't restore the position.
Second - when you type /taxi x, it gives some kind of phone message, picture.

1. Will be looked into.
2. It's because you used it too fast after you've last used it, the game thinks you're still on the phone (since you're holding one).
