Why don't you make deathmatches with 2 teams?Just like Counter-Strike..
Put the players in the deathmatch balanced.In the end give money to members of winner team.

i know them.But in Ship TDM(Rivershell) the main aim is stealing other teams ship.
And at the robbery the distance between casino and robberies place is too long.
Some noobs even don't go to casino.And it takes so much time to steal money,and it is boring...Do you know the static ships between desert and San Fierro?Could be a team deathmatch there.I think there will be a great team deathmatch and many people will participate.

I suggest you play the mentioned minigames some more.

Rivershell and ShipTDM are not the same thing. ShipTDM is indeed based on one of those ships. Checkout /minigames -> Deathmatch -> Shiptdm, or just type /shiptdm ingame.
