Hey i've played at LVP servers for 2 years now, maybe a little less / more. Check my registration date on the server old name : t0m93 renamed : [BB]TouchmE, k thanks bye.

Right i'm an old player, 150 hours almost in 2 years, only server i really play on so i'm proud of that, and then this happens. I love this server, - loved.

I get abused. Nexis keeps saying #cry. I find this sad as i an loyal to this server, and i get generally annoyed while trying to have fun playing by bubbles and her car bombs. Car bombs shouldn't be able to /ctp, it's unfair and undodgeable. I'm fighting i get car bombed. This isn't about bubbles though, this is about nexis who i was told is cyris.

Cyris kicked me for /tp abuse. I believed STRONGLY that someone had used a no reload, 8 shots on myscreen with a sawn off, what would you think?! i've seen 6 shot but..wow w/e.
So i tele away, and of course cyrix "isn't afk" at that moment, even tho for the last 15 minutes i'd been following and watching a player world abuse while i'm shooting him, forget his name but he was getting the highest kill record thing with another player who allowed him. Cyrix apparently was afk for all those but "came back" when i tp'd abuse. K whatever i abused, i wasn't banned for w/e amount of days i should have been, which is fair. I did something wrong and i appreicate cyrix not banning me there and then.

In the end i'm talking to him in pm, i just found it so amazing that prior to me telling cyrix that he should be kicked (world abuser) he went afk, and came back while i abused.

Right, bubbles is then car bombing ME constantly, and tele abusing as seen in this video. Nice one VIP member you really show great things. So far i've seen 2 people abusing tp's with no censquence, yet i did it and got kicked first time.

I believe nexis whoever he is needs to be talked to, tenchi wanted to fight with me, and i wanted to fight with him. The only way i could have done this fight is if bubbles had gone to do something else, and nexis had just backed off. I'd done my punishment, exploded twice by admin then kicked, then muted when entering.

But he couldn't leave it at that, shown in this video is him tp'ing a car to me indoors using mods commands to blow me up, tenchi w/e his name is saw it all. He says after he's done this he doesn't care nothing will happen. Something about me and a thing signature.

So..ya he's rude to me, yet he's meant to be a helpful admin. Admins shouldn't be holding grudges with someone if they've payed their time. Matthias and me are ok, matthias has kicked me loads of times, yet we can still talk civil, i have no problem with him. he does his job. Cyrix seem'd to just be against me, and yes i believe nexis is cyrix. Not sure though.

I know he won't have anything done to him..i can just see nothing wil happen. Admins stick together of course but i really think he should be spoken to..this is disgusting and for now i won't play on LVP. It's just annoying to be ganged up on. If i loose a fight i loose a fight, i'll re-match or say GF but if i think it's unfair then ya i'm gonna moan.
bubbles is just crying because..well she fails at this game, she can't fight.She just..well buys props and sits on the ship or in a car bomb, mk...up to her, but WOW it's just annoying. I come to play and have fun on this server, not be shunted and annoyed. It's not a fun place to be right now....

As for the carbombs, there was some suggestion topic for it, that you'd get a bit behind the person or so.

As for the stuff with Cyrix, same deal, when did it happen? I need it to see what exactly happened.

I did something wrong but he only kicked me, and that's fine..i deserved a kick...afterall i wanted someone else doing it to be kicked, but when i came back in he muted the whole chat so admins could talk only he just said "noone can talk for couple minutes" then before he unmuted the chat, he muted me...lucky i responded to him using the @ command, and he finally unmuted. Then he just left without finished our talking session so..w/e lol. Check logs ^_^

I think your wrong there, as you see in the video i didn't swear for over a minute and yet i was kicked for swearing. When i was kicked for swearing i was telling someone i had a cam recording of abuse and as you can see the chat you can clearly see he doesn't care because nothing will be done, which is why i hesitated to post, and why the BB forums said to not even bother posting.

for example you will create complain that will change nothing they will say "oh, my bad sorry" and they will continue abuse you next time. They cant even do something. so its useless and they all are useless faggots.

and ya we cool matthias but i think the reason for kicking me is a little late like you kicked me before, theres a huge time lapse between me swearing and you kicking me for swearing, it's like you want me to come back and swear more. I had listend to the warning from good old drugged up smakie and didn't swear. And threatning is a strong word for me saying "im gonna post on the lvp site" Because tbh, i get threatened all the time by you and your admins "im gonna ban you" it's not a 2 way street here is it, it's admins 1 way it seems.

I would understand being kicked for "constant flaming" as that would consist of swearing and threatning so i see why you kicked me from that perspective, its just you didn't think of that as reason >.>

Edit: I asked Cyrix' side of the story, this was his reply:

Well, I indeed was AFK before coming back, and getting a report about Tenshi, so I watching Tenshi with /p ID watch and Tenshi and TouchmE proceed to have a duel at fightclub. when TouchmE was down to about 5hp or so, he did tp out of the fight to avoid death, and even blundered it without the "/" at first. I then did indeed kick him, even though I was trying to catch Tenshi world abuse, which he was reported for. As soon as he rejoined the server, TouchmE starts sending multiple profain messages, and personally insulting me, then other players started flaming him back. At that point, I did a mute all, and made a statement to the effect that the chat will remain muted for a few moments so everyone would cool down a bit. After a few moments, I then muted TouchmE, and unmuted the mainchat so I could talk with the guy. After I initiated the conversation with him, he came across with a very arrogant attitude, and I clearly saw I was going no-where with trying to explain my side to him, so I decided to take a 5 min smoke break, and logged out. When I was done smoking my cigarette, I then did indeed go back ingame undercover as Nexis. after driving around for a few minutes, I see TouchmE flaming in the main chat, again. So, I did /mtp to him while in a car, and then did /v (my ID) explode. He then proceded to have the very obnoxious attitude saying he was going to report this on the forum, and he got it on FRAPS. I did tell him that I didn't care, due to his attitude, and to go join #Cry on IRC. That is my side of things, and looking back at the situation, I should have given him a 3 - 7 day ban instead, for the flaming and tp abuse. As for Tenshi, I never did see him abuse TP or /world even though at least 3 people did report him for it, so either I was too late, or he was only doing it while I was afk.

Cyrix seem'd to just be against me

mmkay... I wasn't holding a grudge, and in fact I tend to get along with the worse of the players... Ask Zezima or Terror... I've told them what can and cannot fly on LVP, and afaik there are no hard feelings. What I see that happened here is a player got agitated at other players, and I unfortunately was AFK at the wrong time (when the other guy(s) was abusing or w/e) and he got ticked off that he got caught abusing back.

Check the logs, he didn't blow me up after 5 minutes of being in game, i can say that was longer.

As to flaming, of course i was flaming. I'd been on the server for about an hour and all i was getting was people /world abusing from me, and you not doing a thing. You left in /rage without finishing out conversation. If you went afk while i was /pming you about a world abuser (junior) i think his name was, then that's annoying because he was clearly doing something stupid and abusing a thing. Although the guy was letting him kill him, i find his world abuse annoying. So i did it. Also tenshi world abused aswell, i was the only one caught *laughs* so I get kicked.

And no he didn't "just kick me" he exploded me, then bubbles or him exploded me, then i was kicked.

I came back in moaning because i didn't understand why you kicked me and not junior, i wasn't bothered about tenshi, i was bothered about someone who was clearly abusing the kill highscores. i.e. 20 kills no deaths. You didn't do a thing about him, while clearly his friend was not doing a thing. He was clearly idle.

As to nexis, so not only did you "go undercover" you abused an admin command? You tele'd to me, and blew me up while i was about to fight tenshi outside on a virtual world, in the hope of getting away from that wannabe (bubbles) and yet, trying to fight just got me blown up again.

I had and have nothing against you cyrix, it's just how you handled it. It seems once again like the matthias incedent that admins happened to be afk while I was abused, and they come back or come in while i'm the one abusing back. Yes your right to ban me for what i did, and i appreicate as i said for only the kick. I was just annoyed that tenshi or junior who were both CLEARLY doing it on more than one occasion were completely left to play.

As to bubbles, i have 2 clips of her TP abusing, one is shown in the video. Yes i was agitated, you didn't help you just made it worse, which was again shown in the video. i.e. "People will laugh at you on the forum". Why? I have every right to post a complaint when i see abuse. I had pretty much everyone who was on LVP taking the piss out of me at that time, and what could i do? It's 6am i'm bored waiting to get ready for college and some fags think it's funny to car bomb me, or /world abuse. So i do it back to them, and I get caught. Of course i'd be annoyed, who wouldn't?

It seems to me that i have bad timing with admins as of late, and if i have to record EVERYTHING just to proove i'm innocent then i'm going to need more than 1 external hdd.

Car bombs need to be rethought of, because it's a pathetic thing / addition that gets in the way of fights. Nexis from my point of view had no right to /tp to me in doors before i'm about to fight tenshi, and i already expressed why i tp'd away, it was simple. I saw 8 shot from tenshi, and many 6 shots, which i'd be surprissed if i didn't get it on vid. Can't be sure when i put fraps on though, as it turns off the Kill sheet so i can't se the kill list, which is annoying.

"i didn't care" no you were literally ripping the piss out of me as though nothing would happen to you. Not caring and saying "nothing will happen" are completely differant things.

You muted me when i clearly wanted to sort out what happened, instead of letting me reply to your /pm's you muted me not giving me a chance to speak, so i used the @ command to speak and you ended up rage quitting once i'd replyed. Once again i believe i was recording when you rage quit.

Halo was online at the time, so he saw the flaming i had. As to tenshi, if he see's this or hears of it, i never aimed anything at you towards world abuse. I saw you going after junior, but you blew up my car which annoyed me.

Bubbles then car bombs me for the first time like a bitch, and i'm then muted for no reason, with no warning.
Someone then uses /show message with "erm"
So i say in "@rofl you muted me for what? i'm not talking, and i stoped."

i then explained that we had spoken, and he agreed he didn't like what junior was doing.

Then he xplained what i did was bannable, so i replyed that it's a little unfair that your ignoring someone elses abuse, and then come back and i happen to be caught doing it.

cyrix then said he saw junior tp to players to kill, but when i was fighting him junior clearly /world abused in front of more than 1 player.

so i explained this to cyrix. M3d0z was the one who saw it.

THEN bubbles world abuses her car to right in front of me. near the cluckin bell (north of sex shop / FC) and almost kills me, lucky enough my bike was only on fire, so i got away ^_^

i believe she car bombed me over 14 times, using world abuse and /tp's. which i find clearly annoying. Why would i ever want to play on a server that has people using car bombs..i'm here for fun and theres no way to avoid it. ANNOYING ADDITION.

i then find my way to the ship hoping bubbles would CTP to me while on the ship and end up in jail, but i get bored so i get in a sanchez , which is where i find bubbles once again on the strip. I follow her, trying to dodge her car but shoot her, quite annoying....i feel bad for those in iraq now... She missed bad with her car bomb so i call her stupid girl, and try to /ctp to her. But of course she's special so i can't.

tenshi calls halo a glitcher, they seem to be flaming each other about nades and glitching.

i find bubbles once again and shoot the hell out of her car near FC. She lands on this grass thing after using a ramp, and then turns around and goes to where all the little model cars are, and the little $ sign. She tele's away using that, all on fraps.

She then hops worlds, and tele's back, by which time i'd gone to kill someone. halo had to go, and thats when nexis joined at 6:01 GMT, id 0. I find bubbles i don't know HOW she did it, but she managed to tele to almost at the ship (darkfires tele), thats when i try again to tele to her. She then /dives while i'm shotting her, and i follow like mad. i actually catch up to her at the sex shop, but she gets in a car for her little taliban bomb trick.

so i say "that's right bitch run" then /pm 12 run away bitch, you just run.

She doesn't reply lol, so i go in a shop to bank so that my bank is full and idc about loosing money anymore.

she follows me once i'm out of the shop in her obvously bombed up car, i hop worlds as shes following me, and then hop back to which i find m3d0z shooting at her.

So i get out my car, and shoot at her. (6:04)

shes then on fire, and then "bubbles has been teleported to you" which at that point someone enters the server as id (0) so i pressume nexis had gone.

Thats when tenshi tp/'s tp me after i spawn in a car, and i own him / her.

nexis then joins at 6:05 as id 6, and i get told by m3d0z to behave politely but he doesn't know what i've been through >.> i can bearly stand still or fight without this bitch annoying me.

Then tenshi makes me laughhard while i'm fighting, "*[O_o]Tenshi touches touchme to touch me while touching touchme with touching things" But i couldn't give a real responce because i was chasing someone.

At that point nexis finally speaks after being in the server for 5 minutes saying "lolwut? wow, i'm still a mod here?"

once again bubbles car bombs me while fighting someone, i almost killed him.

i say "rofl bitch" - "your still gonna get in trouble for tp abuse "
tenshi thinks i mean /tp so he thinks i mean him.

nexis is then coloured grey which i think is wierd but ignore him.
he then says "TouchmE #cry" but tbh, nexis 1 v 1 me anyday, you'll be crying.

i say "nexis /suck"

he says "oh ye?" i reply with "yes, tp abuse isn#t allowed"

i tried my best, i saw her coming and /world 1 but it still killed me, lame. She wasn't fighting, so i was allowed to /world 1.

tenshi asks for a fight, and i explain that he has, and i owned him. He then tp's to me, and i fight him once again. This time bubbles who once again world abuses, ends up right by the fight, and blows us both up.

To which nexis says " TouchmE, seriously man, relx.. `roid rage isn't a joke."

i call her a stupid bitch abuser, and that "the fat girl can't get laid has to bomb people to look better".

This is where i FINALLY fightjunior, who doesn't actually even hit me with his aim. He was 300 ping and warped so bad, that at one point he was getting in a car, to being behind me...>.>

I then get called an ass by m3d0z, but as i said before if he was having this done to him he'd be pissed off.

So i killed junior he said "that was fun", i t-bagged him for fun ofc.
i said "that wasn't hard"

and drove off into the sunset. This is where m3d0z had caught up to me, so i fight him. (the fight shown in the video at the end, where m3d0z posts a /showmessage saying he beat me is this bit).

So i fight m3d0z, should have owned him but as you saw in the vid, bubbles blew me up in a sexy car. LOL.

So as you can see once again she's getting in the way of fights, so i call her a "stupid fag" which smackbot my babes, tells me to stop swearing

junior pms me about money , so i tell him to shut up.

bubbles says "i 0wn you" so i asked for a 1 v 1 no cars bitch, she says ok but no show up. i then kill shirly i think, soz mate yo just tryed to kill me with your car.

i then see nexis in a bin lorry doing nothing, ALSO trying to car bomb me, i shoot him and he fails. I see bubbles behind him, so as you can see they are already both ganging up on me, after nexis being on for 16 minutes.

I /world hop away from the cars, and bubbles /ctp's to me while i was on some steps (gym club thing)

bubbles then does /me 14  touchme 1.

So i explained "w/e yo think"

then "you tp abuse, world abuse and bomb abuse, your nothing but abuser"

m3d0z then trys to show off with /me  m3d0z 1 TouchMyAss 0" Of course, i've killed him twice already AND i was blown up, so it's technically 2-0 to me. so i reply "no m3d0z you haven't killed me, yo hopped worlds to get id 3 i killed you"

bubbles then says he did kill me. Mk...w/e bitch you suck.

i say in ; "shut up bitch your mom's calling" aimed at bubbles. Tenshi then tele's to me, and i end up ina  clothin store, this is where i realise you can't kill indoors. Then nexis /tp abusers me at 06:18 GMT. that's 18 minutes after he first entered the server.

This is where i start calling nexis an abuser, and he said "can't give a rats ass"

once again this is in the video (the bit where m3d0z tp's to me in a car, and i kill him and say "sit")

I'm sorry nexis if everyone here is too pussy to man up to admin abuse, but i've owned 2 sa:mp servers and 1 Unreal tourament server. If i know anything i know how to come back from abuse. Record it and have proof with times.
My sa:mp server right now is ranking 40th/3000 ish and could easily be classed as an official server if it's ever opened up again. I run that with a friend, who scripts. I'm not stupid, i know how admin works and how to be a good admin. Kicking me seems to make you think your allowed to say and do what you want to me in the responce of "haha well you tp'd abuse so i can still ban you"

Banning me probably wouldn't have done much as if you chec my activity 150 hours in 2 years really isn't much.

I don't know why you did what you did, said what you said. But i have plenty of raw video files of everything that happened.

And then you went to make the topic.

So, let's clear some things up first.

One, teleporting TO someone is not prohibited, it's no problem. So bubbles didn't do anything wrong there.

However, teleporting AWAY from people, what you did, is not allowed. Hence the kick for it.

Now, 90% of this story is how you got abused by bubbles, so that cuts off a lot already.

As for the part where Cyrix / Nexis abused you: I fully agree on the kick he made on you, no questions asked there.
However, I agree with you on that he shouldn't have used 2 admin commands on you, being /mtp(secret TP, hence you not getting a message) and /v id explode(which was the explosion you said).

I will have a word with him about this and if this happens again, there might just be more.

So if something happens again, please do post a new CSI topic.

Next to this, I think you should be somewhat happy that it was Cyrix ingame and not me. I wouldn't even have it go this far, you'd be kicked before, and if you went on after, banned for your constant flaming.

I wasn't flaming at the kick as the logs dictate i was flaming at his lack of understanding. There were 2 other people abusing and yet i was kicked, i understand i broke the rules.

As too bubbles abusing. Actually she would have been killed by me, as shown in the video but she /tp'd to ME which put the car behind me and then blew her car bomb up. In my eyes that is clearly abuse. She used a /tp in a fight, regardless of where it was, it gave her an advantage because remember she has tp's off so i can't tp to her.

Actually bubbles using /tp to gain advantage and kill me is not in the video, i will upload it if you think it'll help.

She tp'd away from 1 fight, which i can upload, and tp'd while i'm about to kill her in another fight and then blew me up with her car bomb, so in my eyes that's tp abuse.

Oh and i'll donate if you remove car bombs, and i don't mean little.
