Fast skins are back?

Just noticed over the last couple of days that there a quite a few players using bugged / fast skins.

I checked the class selection, and they're not available, and the guys im seeing with them didnt have them before.

Just wondering how they've made their way back in.

By that he means the skin IDs

id 1, The Truth.
id 2, That english dope head with the white round hat.(this is the one i've seen most)
and id 265, Tenpenny

Im not sure how they could have got in there, since the guys who i saw using skin id 2 were using a different skin a few days ago.

The truth was never removed as far as I know.
ID 2 is an invalid skin id.
265 was removed a while back.

The Truth isnt available on the class select. skinid 2 is that dope head guy, in single player he was the guy wanking in madd doggs studio.

3-6 is invalid, and 8. theres a few more but  deffinatly saw skinid 2, one was on God_Of_War[DLF] and the other was UR4N1UM
