Get the old spawn way back for un-registered (new) players

Outbreak wrote about removing the armor pickup, well I have a better suggestion. Remember the old days when an un-registered player (newcomer) first joined the server and the rules box appeared on his screen and he couldn't play until he typed /play? Well, I suggest to get this back. Why? Take a look at my few arguments I wrote:

1) The infomarkers
Why are there so many infomarkers at the newbie spawning point? Have you actually ever seen any new player reading those? All they do after the joined the server, fight the other newcomers there and after 15 seconds they pull out fire with their Desert Eagle.

2) The fighting
Did you notice many people camp at the newbie spawn place just to increase their kills and to get "server record"? Any DFL or Death_Itself for example. Why do we need that? Just to make the newcomers think that our server is a complete 'trash'?

3) Refilling, laming, interior entering etc.
Outbreak summed it up pretty nicely, except the armor pickup next to the sex shop, I don't agree that it should be removed.

So, what is my suggestion? Pretty basic - bring the old system back. Newbies spawn in the Brothel, they read the rules which are shown on their screen, type /play, and spawn somewhere like back at the old days (RandSpawn).

What will change? First of all, the server will have a better reputation in newbies opinion, second people won't have any point camping at the current newbie spawnplace, and third, newbies can process normally into gameplay, explore the server the way they want, instead of spawning at the same point where others spawn and waiting for some DFL lamer to come and shoot a bullet in their head.

PS. You can add X seconds timer if not /play, with that time players can quickly read the basic rules of the server and process into gameplay.

No offense, but I strongly disagree.

1) People who know proper English will read them.

2) So what? If the newcomer dies, he respawns in LV, he only spawns there once.

3) What would you do, if you got shot at with somebody using sawnoff & tec while you only have a deagle and barely know how to fight?

I say, keep it as it is.

1) Nobody ever reads them.

2) Yeah, but it isn't really fair if other players fight each other to get a high wanted level, and someone (for example, VIP) shoots all the newbies with his RC Baron there and beats the record.

3) I would /q the server and never come back :D

1) Yes they do.

2) There is always competition with good fighters too there, that's one of the places I die the most. You cannot break a server record there.

3) I wouldn't.

Agreed @ 1. They're either dead before they even reached the 3rd infomarker, or they simply run for their lives.

No offence to Sander but this system was bound to fail before it was even made live. Maybe a mini tutorial could be done showing some of LVPs rules and features, but this just plain fails - I think /play was better.
