Bank Account Upgrade - Big Problem.

Ok so, I decided to upgrade from Basic account to Professional Account (first upgrade: costs $1,000,000). I did this, and well here's the problem. Comparison:

Account Level: Basic
Bank Limit: $100,000,000
Bank Accessibility: 24/7s

Account Level: Professional
Bank Limit: $20,000.000
Bank Accessibility: 24/7s and ATM Machines

So.. I upgraded my account, causing my bank limit to shrink 80mil. I even had 70mil in there before I upgraded, and it's still in there!! 70mil in a 20mil bank cap?? How does that work? So basically, Basic = 100mil, Professional = 20mil. Was this a typo? I'm guessing that's supposed to be 200mil right? You buy an upgrade, you get more space? Same problem with my friend Howie, it's like this for everyone. So there i was stuck with 10mil in my hands, not able to /bank it, it all got taxed. I talked to Erin about it, he/she couldn't do anything to fix my account but said they would refund me. I told her to wait until I could /bank it.

OH and then randomly some time after i said bye to Erin, my balance turned to $0.. I have no idea why.

So can you please fix this problem? I'm assuming Professional Bank Account = 200mil limit, as opposed to what it really is, only 20mil.

I'm surprised this is the first you've heard of this.. I (or anyone else with this problem) can't make any progress until it's fixed.

Basic maximum = 15 million. That's when you just registered.
After 10 hours of playing, you get a pluspoint and are able to get a Proaccount. For every 10 hours(which equals 1 pluspoint) you play, you can bank 20 millions more(when you opened the proaccount, it got from 15 to 12 million). The maximum is 20 pluspoints which equals 400 million.

It depends on the amount of hours you played and thus how many you could have in your bank.
I am not on IRC right now to check your bank etc, but I will when I get there.

In other words, you have 5 pluspoints, 87.6 million in your bank and 127 400 on hand. This should be there when you join the game. And you also have your proaccount.
