[PROBLEM] -- Ok so heres what happened, i took off the fan of the heatsink of the CPU so i can clean it, ok fine. Once i put it back on and start pc, i get this vibrating noise thats really fuckin annoying. So i was like WTF and then i took a hair brush (also while the pc is on) and i kind of gave a force to a side of the fan of the heatsink of the CPU and it doesnt make a vibrating noise. I also took off the fan and replaced it again, same problem, though this vibrating noise happens when the PC is in usage (gaming etc etc), any suggestions?

Did you take off the heatsink on your CPU? If so, did you reapply thermal paste?

What exactly did you do to clean the fan? and what does the card reader have to do with anything?

I took off the fan of the heatsink of the CPU. Its a default heatsink that comes wit the CPU, so the fan is attached to the heatsink. I didnt take off the heatsink, only the fan connected to the heatsink which can be taken off, and cleaned the dust. Put it back on and the noise (vibration) started. So i took it off (the fan) and put it back on and the noise continued. Then i gave a little push on the edge of the heatsink (the edge of the fan ATTACHED to the heatsink) while the PC was on and the noise stopped. And about the card reader i posted a picture of, when i turn on the PSU, it has a light that flashes, and the fans are on and the PSU, but the light of the button on the front panel of PC that turns on the PC doesnt flash. Yes its hard to understand but i tried my best, but imo i think i fucked up the CPU or burned it or something.
Heres a pic of what im talking about. (OH BTW THE PIC OF THE CARD READER AINT MINE)

your better of posting at a tech forum and no that PC isn't good, for similar price you can get a PC with a better CPU and gfx card.
