Wierd Problem

1. Just buy a copy of the game, dont be so cheap, it cost me a fiver.
2. 128 graphics card is a bit crappy, get a better one. What speed is your internet connection? Which country are you playing from?
3. If you wanna rack up some speed bonuses get in an Infernus, hit top speed and swerve.
4. When posting in future, don't do such a crappy layout, it makes it harder to read, ever heard of the return button?

yes at first my computer had also 128 or more graphic card but then i have changed it now it isnt lag

I bet you downloaded the RIP version (without audio) , that may cause the lag when entering a car (becouse of the radio). There is a fix for that but I dont remember when to find it , try google it somehow .

Agent could you just search it up for me cause i have no idea what u talking about but i think u are right cause when i sit in the car, the name of the radio does come on top but i cannot hear the radio. Please try to search it for me!

Then ur problem is the game u downloaded possibly, just get a game which isn't RIP.
And I strongly advise to get a new graphics gard 128 is seriously weak.

When i play Counter Strike my fps is like 30-60fps

1. Fps has more to do with your computer.
2. Is that 1.6 or Source, it doesn't take much to get those frames on 1.6
3. You should answer as to what country you play from, this could have a lot to do with your lag/ping.
