I read these Banned topics and don't get one thing..
What's up with these users who u tell, do not change name. So question is: why can't they change their names? ;D

because they are in the same IP range as banned players a.k.a cheaters, which means they can unban 1 name not a whole IP range and let some cheaters back in.
