but; let's say your a new player and start using the weapons you can (deagle, 9 mm, bat?)
and other regular players start killing you with sawn-offs and things like that, that would'nt be fun, so maybe you need to kill more 'low respect level' players to gain another respect point than higher respect level players,
maybe that would make it easyier for new players to gain respect points

Personally I'd hate to see a cop minigame, though I'm not sure what you mean with minigame. Players can sign up to be a cop, but can they sign up to be wanted too? Or can cops just bust every player with a wanted level?

Anyway, something else for RPG:
I saw someone mentioning that players with 40hrs or more would get like another chat than newer players.
Maybe the players with less than 40 hours should start in Los Santos too.
They won't be able to enter Las Venturas (or maybe they will.. dont know whats more fun :p).
They could do like missions or earn respect points to enter Las Venturas (or get a spawnpoint there?).

Not sure, you'd have to flex it to work properly. Maybe just a minigame in another virtual world would do, but more like an area (/stunt), unless it was a big long minigame.

Personally. I do not think the respect points are a good idea. How would you earn them?, no doubt bugs will be found, and it will be exploited!

How About A Bus Service?
For example the owner of the bus company sets routes, and crew members go on them. Maybe a bus depot ( i have the perfect location) and only bus drivers can enter busses? OWNAGE IMO

FYI:

I've just completed a 10 pages document, 1787 words, 14675 characters, 16299 characters with spaces about RPG only.

Where you are talking about the respect points and properties side of the RPG part, my complete document is about jobs you can take for RPG.
Document is written in Dutch, and maybe it will be made public (And maybe also translated), but for now, it's just for the management to discuss.
