Well i just got banned for "attitude"

Let me tell you the story, first i got into a 1on1 fight, and killed a dud, that kept on teleporting to me, when i tryed to run away he kept screwing my cars so i cant even escape from his 2on1 revenges.. anyway his friend called me a coward, noob, that i sucked wada wada wada.. so i replied like "your mother..something"

Because of that, i got muted for good, no time, no nothing, just muted till some1 unmuted me...

I send a @message, and the admin told me i was muted about family provocations or such..

Anyway i just told i was beeing provoked, but i accepted the mute, and i didnt begged or bitch..

I went after the dud who provoked me, we tryed to ran away with a infernus, i shoot his infernus but the car just wont get any damage.. AND WHEN I SAY ANY DAMAGE, I MEAN NOT AN EVEN BROKEN WINDOW, OR A BIT OF SMOKE!

i saw that and i realise that dud must be hacking, i reported,1 2 3 4 5 6 7 times.. @message id 15 is hacking, his car wont get any damage..

and more.. but the admin didnt said a word...

This guy, end up killing me, like i spent 20min shooting his car, i even carjacked him, but somehow, after i get myself some distance with the car, i suddently lost it "carjacked".. WTF is this?

I tell u, hacking!

Anyway, the admin didnt checked or even replied to me...

After i was dead i got pretty mad about this.. kuz, the dud hacks, i was muted..

Like, the admin is there for mutting me about provocations, but he isnt for hacking?

I play in this server for ages, stp playing a long ago due to professional reasons, but i came back some days ago.. i like this server, i respect the rules, i DONT cheat, i dont hack.. i play honest, well i can use some slang or badwords, but hey, its gta and i like to play it somehow "scarface" style.. still i respect every1 that doesnt directly provokes me..

The thing is, i got banned for attitude, after i send a @message saying

@dont u see that id 15 is hacking, or ur just corrupted?

And you have to understand the feeling here, i was punished for my words, and accepted it, besides admins also understand that if people get into a fight, they wont say "i love me babe"... but hey i respected it, i shut myself up.. and kept going, but.. seeing a guy hacking, reporting it, and see that the admin didnt do nothing?

That pissed me off honestly.. and when i say "corrupted" i honestlu think its kind of correct to say it in this situation, kuz, if an admin is a judge, he should check everything, and he should work following the rules, with no preferences, but in this case, he MUTED me in a second, as to kick or ban the hacker.. 1sec? 10min? 20min? nothing..

Even with reports he didnt do anything, and that is why i asked him if he was corrupted, and after i got banned for "attitude"...

Well i like this server, never complained, always had fun, but.. if its reasonable to admins to do this to me, or any other player, i dont think this server is tottaly true to itself, and fair..

Iam not here to ask for someone to unban me, if u think i should be banned for good for this, all i can say is that i dont agree, but i respect..

If you think i shouldnt be banned, i also respect..

i can tell you.. iam 22 years old, and the same way i accepted the MUTE, i wont acceped this situation, i feel that people should be free and respected in an Online game, if some1 provokes you, you should be free to reply, and if you see someone hacking, no matter if the admin thinks ur the biggest SOB in the planet, he should check it and kick\ban...

When i say this, i say it because i respect this server and really like to play in it, check my hours and my bank account, i really made an effort in this server, i aint just passing by..

But the most important thing nowadays in foruns\servers and such, are the admin-way, and his behaviors..

I just hope, if i get or dont get banned, that admins really try to keep imparcial admin spirit, and help the players, and avoid "playing" with the players.. in this server, or anyother that i might start playing..

Sorry for the long speech, i think i´ve done a good job trying to expose this case in a sensative way, and also a pacific way.

I will be waiting for an answer on this case.

I'm not even going to bother reading your outrageous story (and claims therein). Let me just say that your ban is temporary (only two days), not permanent. You were banned because you have, time and time again, disrespected the in-game crew with arrogant phrases such as, "You're muting me, but not banning the cheater? Are you corrupt?" That's just unacceptable. You were kicked two times before for flaming, but I guess you've failed to see the error of your ways. The player who you were repeatedly reporting was indeed checked out and clean, so I'm not quite sure where you get off telling me no-one checked him. Again, you can come back in two (2) days.

Oh, by the way, please don't join the server until I post here saying it's okay to. I've noticed you have a dynamic IP, so please don't take advantage of it. If you would like to discuss this, I'd much prefer you come on to IRC so we can really talk instead of going back and forth here. No offense, but you space far too much in your posts.

At the first part: That's called being desynched. The other player does not see you shoot, so he doesn't take damage either.

Again SA-MP failing on you, for him, you were probably way closer and thus was able to jack your car.

Anyway, i was flamming?

i didnt even shoot that guy, i just read him saying:

And i didnt even talked to him, or shot him.. he just provoked me for nothing

so i replied:

DoLLaR: I dont, but ur mother does

1st: Where is the badwords? in his message, he said "sucks"
2nd: Who provoked who? he provoked me 1st, for no reason

And i get muted ? for defending myself?

Flames? well if u go down on the street minding ur own bizz, and some1 says u suck, what do you do? shut it? reply?

Whats the lesson here? Get offended and shut it?

Dont you accept that people should have a sense of pride? that people should defend themselves?

I wasnt dsync, kuz when i was trying to screw his car, some other player appeared, and i was able to kill him..

I even crashed his car with my car, and his car didnt get a scratch, that dsync too?

TEF, i dont really care about the ban, i care about you not listening to my requests to check the dud out, also if you think ur soo right about the MUTE, explain me why he says badwords, he provokes me first(thats flaming) and i get muted and he doesnt?

Yea i got 2 mutes, well so if u get caught stealing once, ur a thief for the rest of ur life? IS THAT REASONABLE?

i dont think so.. iam pretty democratic to know that you lack for reasons to do what u did, u did it because u felt like doing it, not kuz i truly flame\started a discussion...

Go ahead, defend ur spoiled kids.. and have ur way with admin powers, if that pleases you, just go ahead, i dont really care, i dont need any online server, no matter what game i play.. especially the ones who dont defend truth and facts.

Anyway, i would like to see ur reply about the facts, his 1st provokation, using a badword, and me getting muted for replying to him.. check all logs you want, iam fine with that.
