Well the point of it is that the DJ's choose the music to be played not the players.
Maybe they could do /request [song name/artist] If the players choose Artist the DJ's choose a song from that artist.

The DJ's will play that song.

There's a request system already in place. You just never see it because, again, LVP Radio is virtually dead.
