For some reason, the gloves only work if I start a server myself. If I join another one, I just get the default ones. Weapons work though.

Well, how about you tell me how you've installed those skins? Mine work everywhere.

It's OK, I managed to do it

I just did a bit of replacing and renaming and managed to get it all working

Used the awd things in the main folder I guess?

The IW_004.iwd things (or something like that) yeah. I renamed them all though. Don't ask me how it works, but I couldn't use my scope or M40a3 mods before I did.

IW_000.iwd became localized_english_aa.iwd
IW_001.iwd became localized_english_aab.iwd
IW_002.iwd became localized_english_aac.iwd


Etc.

It was much more simple on the old way, but since update 1.5 they disabled skinmodding (cos IW are douches).
Mine are located in the localized_english_aw07 folder.
