Getting money
#1
I'm just curious if the prices and income of properties will change sometime? At previous versions of SA:MP it changed from time to time... I still have a lot of money on my bank from times properties had an income of 600k or something, but I can imagine for new people they can't earn enough to play well... So i'm just wondering :)

You can borrow money, so you can pay it slowly back when you earned money from that property. Or you must find a cheap property.

Borrowing sucks.

And i have notice that the property income has gone down big time, but it doesnt seem it will be changing, so we will have to do our best :? :X

Yes okay, but still. Properties of 100k or 400k that deliver only 2k or 4k doens't seem worthly :)

Shameless crosspost:

Some time ago we agreed to start making the gameplay a lot more difficult, since it was far too easy to earn money (hence the full bank accounts of a lot of people). That's why we deleted the interest on pro accounts and removed the increasing of property earnings. In our opinion the game gets much more interesting when you might get problems with making money and you really have to put some effort into reaching your goal.

I think the earnings are fine, a bit higher would be nice. A while ago (6 months) when I was playing on the server the earnings were high, and making money was too easy. It wasn't fun, and you could just give away money. There were times that my little brother had 'belegt' 100 mil.
If you do your best you can make a million per day, think is fine as it is. And the people who have there banks totally full because of the high earnings are just lucky  ;)
Oh and borrowing sucks, just kill someone with some money  :P

But lets take an example: the prop costs 30000 and you make 1000 per min. Let's say when you quit or the prop is bought by someone else that you get 30% back (I don't know if this is right). That's 9000, so you'll have to earn 21000 to make profit, that's 21 minutes which I think is fine.

Well in that case, Dont reset the cash when LVP 3 comes out, So we can save now!!! I have been AGES, and I mean AGES trying to get the money I have in the Bank now, and thats NOTHING compared to I used to have it, The money I have in the bank now I was spending daily (30 mil), Literelly, daily!

Maybe we could start players off that have earned lots with about $1-2million, but that's it. I'm actually looking forward to having to make money again in LVP3, as it's fun. :)

But then it seems as if all the money making we've worked hard for (people who have a lot) has gone to waste :(

Indeed, that would suck. I've started again since about 2 weeks (been away from LVP about 6 months). I only had 5 mil on my bank. Which now is about 21 mil. Would be a shame if it would be all lost.

But on the other side LVP 3.0 is completely new, and transferring all the money is maybe not possible. Also if you compare it to LVP 2.x the amounts of money may not be right.
