Fan Control

When I first ran Windows XP via Boot Camp on my MacBook Pro, it was great until I tried some games, SAMP, L4D, CSS, on all my laptop overheated and crashed, so I went looking for a solution to cool my laptop and I was just going to buy a Cooler for my laptop until I found one application called smcFan Control: http://www.conscius.de/~eidac/index.html and I increased my fan speed 2x and my laptop didn't overheat anymore

Well my Brother has the same problem with his laptop, and I was wondering is there any kind of application like the Mac one I have for his Laptop (Windows Vista HP Laptop), before he buys he a cooler...

Yeah I tried Speed Fan but I didn't know what to do noir did my brother... >.>

Mine shows up as Fan2, so below that i would increase the % of Speed02 to increase the fan speed. It might be different on a laptop, not sure...
