Hello there, I finally decided to make my introduction, so here it is

[tr][td]Introduction[/td][td]Well, I don't have as much historic facts as others, since I haven't really been involved in gangscenese, but I'll just try to tell what I still know.
I started playing SA-MP in the days of the first beta (or alpha release, not sure). I first played MTA, met some guy named bLiNd there, and also some others, which had a clan, called LTS. That standed for Licensed to Stunt. They asked me to join, so there I was, in a clan with 4 active members
. Not that size always matters, because we still had loads of fun. Then one day bLinD came to me and gave me a link to SA-MP, I clicketyclicked, downloaded, and found it awesome. You could even get out of your car and kill others!
So what happened then? I looked around, played on various SA-MP servers, and just enjoyed it. I still had the LTS gangtag, but never really did anything with it, seeing we were a group of friends. After a while I was reading tweakers.net, the largest Dutch technological newssite, and found out they had a server, called .Peter server. In that days we decided to remove the LTS clantag for some reason. I played quite a lot on the .Peter server in that summer holidays of 2006. I joined for nightcruises, had fun killing or just trying to earn money. My name then was [GoT]Fireburn[NL], which changed to Fireburn[NL] and [GoT]Fireburn. After the summer I put my LTS tag on again, so my name became [NL]Fireburn[LTS]. This looked silly, so I removed the [NL] part. LTS was still a group with about 5 members who wore the gangtag but didn't do much.
The last few weeks of that summer holidays I began scripting in Pawn. As you would expect from a 13-year old boy, at the beginning mostly it was just copy pasting things and trying to make them work. I set up my own home server (!) which I put on a computer we had on 24/7. I made my own save system which saved your cash, which was really awesome when it worked. I did work on that server for about half a year. In that time I got a core playing group, which consisted of a Dutch friends clan which was named cF (cold flames). I hit around 100 unique players each day, which was quite cool as it was on my home server! In that 6 months I learned scripting, and became pretty good at it, however there was still lots to learn.
So then, in (I guess) september of 2006, I became a LVP moderator, I still played on LVP for quite some time a day, and then I was promoted, together with jerico. A month later I became administrator, in october, and then I also became a LVP developer, I was invited to join the dev channel, and then looked at this huge source, which I found really cool. I began with some small tickets, and did my first command which was /vallowed, which would show people having access to admin vehicles (This is still in current versions
). In december, I was allowed into the management channel. I was with LVP for 6 months now, and did quite some stuff. I was let in during the time of crew talks, and I recieved some scary talk, saying I was removed from the LVP crew, however at the end I recieved the management password instead of being kicked out .
So when I became LVP developer and administrator, I was still working on my own server for some months, but later I dropped this, because LVP was way bigger and cooler, and had a better community and was just cool. My own server was last run on 7/1/2007. I still have all player files so that allows me to pretty much know the exact dates of that. I was LVP management by then, so the only logical thing to do was to terminate my own server.
In that days, I think around october 2006, I started a gang on LVP, togeter with Nakebod en Rico[NL]. The gang was called RnF Rico nakebod Fireburn, and was pretty much about driving around, and uzikilling others. Back then I had a very shitty PC, which Nakebod can confirm, so I was always fps lagging, but it was a fun things. We would talk on TS, decide who to kill, and then chase the person. But this was just a small gang, which slowly disappeared. We would still play, but LVP became official and stuff, and that would give us not enough time to chase persons, with all those cheat reports.
In february of 2007, I became some kinda SA-MP VIP, which allowed me to play 0.2 in the first semi-open beta tests. There were about 30 others there, and we were given the releases, to test them before the wide open betas. I enjoyed that aswell, as it gave me some insights on everything, and it shew me the 0.2 version which was awesome compared to 0.1b.
In around summer 2007, I decided to remove my LTS tag. I've played with it for a long time, but one person stopped SA-MP, other one disappeared, and bLinD joined some W, the Warriors. I by then changed my nick into Fireburn, which it still is.
So, I was management member, which was pretty cool. I developed, and that is how things went. Since that day I've been developing and being management ever since. I kept on adminning, handling complaints and playing ingame. Last february, when Jay left to Los Angeles, I became Lead Developer. Since then I've been steering the development team, and am trying to get everyone a gamemode that can be enjoyed.
And that is my story, no other clans or gangs, just been doing the same for over 2 years now, and I still enjoy it. I like talking to people and having fun, so I will probably stay around for a long time. I've seen everything that has happened in SA-MP, clans rising and falling, SA-MP shutting down and getting new releases, 0.1alphas en 0.2x, and I liked it Do I have anything else to say?
