A completely different player with a completely different IP came on Las Venturas Playground with my name and used weapon cheats. This player did it twice and with a proxy to hide his true identity. Our ban system bans the IP, not the name, hence why I could play. To blatantly call me a cheater in PM and the main chat is not only totally inaccurate but also extremely offensive. I haven't cheated in San Andreas since singleplayer on my PlayStation 2.

I actually told you that it wasn't me, but you chose to continue calling me a cheater. Even if you didn't know, you should be able to use your common sense and figure out whether or not an admin would cheat on the very server they moderate.
