Half vehicle health is fine. I've died a number of times when people have shot at my RC Plane.

Just add a punish menu for it like I asked in one of my suggestions...and if a VIP wants to shoot someone, he should do so at his own risk. We never asked him to donate for the planes, so he shouldn't complain.
