putting another name up is easy but trying to blame another is another thing...
i suggest unbanning me as in your logs John1506 has nothing you could possibly ban him for
now i actually got one more connection i could still ghost on the server and pretend im somebody else
either way you could unban me, and save all the admin and hassle i done nothing wrong! having siblings is no excuse to ban the whole thing,
just ban the account...
3 accounts is max per ip? theres 1 down leaves one more togo if he decides to come back
