Well it isn't just gametrailers, but also Giantbomb in there podcast also mentioned that project milo demo shown to em wasn't entirely legit.
Same time how could it be? For a an AI to suddenly be able to keep up a conversation with a human being so casually and with not the slightest mess up in its speech.

obviously it isn't gonna be confirmed that its fake, but my guess that it was just a carefully staged demo. The technology for this game would be amazing but I highly doubt that peter is showing the truth (remember this guy over promises on every single game he has ever made, FABLE 1 a good example).
